DuPage PADS Site Sponsor

Each month, our Rotary club staffs DuPage PADS site in Naperville.  To staff the site requires over 70 staff hours each month.  On the third week of each month, volunteers are needed from 6:00 pm on Wednesday until 7:15 am on Thursday morning.  We provide all the guests (about 40 people) with a hot meal in the evening, a place to clean-up and to sleep, a hot breakfast in the morning, and a take-out bag lunch.  Staffing is needed to set up the sleeping area, prepare and serve the meals, supervise during the night, and clean-up.  No special training is required... all that is needed is a big heart.  Thanks to those who give their time and talents.   

What our club does for DuPage PADS is a big commitment -- one that we have proudly fulfilled.  We look forward to continuing this wonderful community service project.

In December, the guests of PADS received a selection of warm winter coats to chose from.  The coats were provided through our Rotary Club's annual Coat Drive.  For more info on the Coat Drive, click here.
